Why I'm Doing This
I've spent ten years in tech, about half of that working on personal tooling. Before I jump into my next full-time role, I'm living in Ambler.
In my family, I'm the one who gets the tech questions. Around the house, I help my dad with things like connecting Bluetooth speakers to the TV, getting remotes working again, and figuring out YouTube TV and the apps on Apple TV. I've also helped his consultancy pick the right note-taking tools.
There's a lot to keep track of these days: TVs, phones, printers, passwords, apps that change overnight. I enjoy untangling it, and I'm patient about explaining it. Rather than only helping my own family, I'd like to offer the same help to neighbors who want quick answers or someone to lean on.

Travel within five miles of Ambler is included. For other locations, any travel fee is explained before booking.
Your Privacy and Safety Matter
- Alex will never ask for a banking password, Social Security number, or payment-card PIN.
- Customers should enter their own passwords whenever possible.
- Alex does not transfer money, conduct banking transactions, or request access to financial accounts.
- Permission will be requested before files are deleted, devices are reset, or major account settings are changed.
- Some hardware repairs, advanced data recovery, cybersecurity incidents, and specialized account-recovery cases may need to be referred to another provider.
- Customers should maintain backups of important files whenever possible.
